The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the results for the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates.
The announcement was made on Monday, August 4, 2025, via WAEC’s verified X (formerly Twitter) handle. According to the Council, all candidates who sat for the 2025 WASSCE can now access their results through the official WAEC result portal.
“The West African Examinations Council is pleased to inform candidates who sat WASSCE for School Candidates, 2025 that the result has officially been released today, Monday, August 4, 2025,” the statement read.
WAEC further advised all candidates to log on to the Council’s online result portal to check and download their results.
✅ How to Check Your 2025 WAEC Result Online:
1. Visit the WAEC result checking portal: https://www.waecdirect.org
2. Enter your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number.
3. Select your Examination Year (2025).
4. Choose your Examination Type (School Candidate).
5. Enter your WAEC scratch card PIN and Serial Number.
6. Click on “Submit” to view your result.
