The Kogi State Government has accused Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan of inciting chaos in the state by deliberately violating the ban on political gatherings. This ban was put in place to prevent security breaches and maintain peace.

According to the government, Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan's actions are a blatant disregard for the law, and she is using lies to gain public sympathy. The government claims that she is a "security threat" in the state due to her refusal to follow security instructions.

The Senator's visit to Kogi State on Tuesday, where she was welcomed by supporters from five local government areas, has sparked controversy. Despite the state's ban on political gatherings, Akpoti-Uduaghan claimed she was simply celebrating Sallah with her constituents.

The Kogi State Government has warned that Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan will be held responsible if her actions cause any violence. The government has also accused her of being a "serial manipulator" who is trying to "stir trouble and violence" in Kogi Central Senatorial District.

It's worth noting that Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan has been suspended from the Senate over allegations of sexual harassment involving Senate President Akpabio. She claims she is facing political persecution.
